On the near north side of Chicago, AMLI River North is an apartment tower fifty stories tall with 409 units.
This tower hosts retail and commercial space on the two ground floors, topped by the apartments fed by a very efficient five-zone system.
This project faced many of the problems presented by building in the tight spaces of an urban setting.
600 Lake Shore Drive

600 North Lake Shore Drive
Occupying prime real estate directly across Lake Shore Drive from Navy Pier, this Chicago high-rise offers breathtaking views of Lake Michigan, downtown, and the shoreline.
This new construction design-build project offers 401 condo units between two towers of forty and forty-six stories.
Each tower is driven by a four-zone system to provide excellent pressure to each unit and flawless waste and storm water disposal.
Aqua Tower

225 North Columbus Drive #220
Just north of Millennium Park in Chicago, the acclaimed Aqua tower stands proudly at eighty-one floors, with 529 rental apartments and 212 condo units in addition to retail space and parking.
This design-build project constructed on a very short timeline, made possible by pre-fabricated plumbing elements that were precast into each of the slabs. This allowed us to work seamlessly with the concrete pour schedule to deliver an eight-zone high-performance system in just under XX months.
High Rise
Grand Plaza I

540 North State Street
Sitting at the corner of State Street and Grand Avenue, a few blocks north of the Chicago River, Grand Plaza is a two tower complex offering views of the city in every direction.
This new construction design-build project offers 760 condo units between two towers of thirty-seven and fifty-seven stories.
The shorter tower is driven by a four-zone system while the taller tower is fed by a six-zone system to give both buildings excellent performance.


The Regatta

420 East Waterside Drive
Perched on prime real estate overlooking Lake Shore Drive, Navy Pier, and the Chicago river, this high-rise gives great views of the entire city.
This design-build project contains 326 condo units on forty-five stories.
The tower has a four-zone system to deliver the quality and efficiency expected from a high-performance system.


Park Alexandria
-2006-
125 South Jefferson Street
The Park Alexandria is a high rise tower that sits between Adams and Monroe, a few blocks west of the south branch of the Chicago River.
This design-build project offers 277 condo units on thirty-three stories.
It is driven by a three-zone system to give residents quality water pressure and excellent waste and storm flow.



The Lancaster
-2005-
201 North Westshore Drive
Located immediately south of The Regatta, The Lancaster overlooks both Lake Shore East Park and beautiful Lake Michigan.
As a new construction design-build project, the tower offers 210 condo units on its twenty-nine stories.
The tower was able to be accomplished using an efficient two-zone system to provide quality water pressure to each unit and effortless waste and storm water disposal.



The Sterling

345 North LaSalle Drive
Located just west of Marina City and Trump Tower, north of the Chicago River, The Sterling is a private residence tower.
This new construction design-build project offers 390 condo units on forty-three stories.
The Sterling has an efficient four-zone system that delivers a balance of performance and efficiency to these high-end residences.
