Fairmont Chicago Millennium Park Lobby

Nestled up to the Aon Tower just north of Millennium Park, the Fairmont Hotel has been in operation since 1987. With a rich history of providing luxurious accommodations, the lobby of the hotel received many years of wear and tear before needing an overhaul.
As part of a five year transformation, we were able to provide new plumbing work running through the lobby to upgrade the system while keeping guest disturbance to a minimum.
Northwestern University Allen Center

With construction completed in 1979, the dorm rooms of Northwestern University's James L. Allen Center in Evanston, IL required some fixture upgrades to help improve the value, comfort, and efficiency of the rooms.
Replacement fixtures decreased water consumption while simultaneously improving the efficiency of the entire system.
